Take this out on a dark night and be amazed!
Absolutely amazing torch. Various brightness settings. The brightest "turbo mode" literally lights up a dark room with a flood of light. Also has strobe and sos function. Its size and weight make it comparable to a 4D cell maglite, but with better build/light quality. It's also waterproof to 2m.
Why not 5 stars? Because it was advertised as being supplied with 4 duracell D alkaline batteries, the seller neglected to include them and Amazon would not supply any additional ones. This is a small gripe however as alkaline batteries do not really have the juice to run this torch at its fill potential. For best results get some high capacity, rechargeable NIMH D cell batteries.
