It's cheap for a reason
This was my second purchase from Strictlybedsandbunks, and will be my last. They're cheap for a reason. If you expect all the materials to be good quality, all the components to be included, all the components correctly made and correctly labelled, intelligible instructions and good customer service, go elsewhere. I overcame these difficulties with the first pair of single beds, but when I bought this bed, an incorrectly drilled component (incidentally not the only problem) meant you actually couldn't assemble it without missing out some dowels.
When I contacted customer services their reaction was first patronising, then defensive, then evasive. It was incidentally illiterate throughout. Finally they lapsed into silence.
Apparently they really don't care whether their customers are satisfied with their beds or not. And it shows.
