Nice Cabinets
From the description I assumed these cabinets were solid wood, they are not. It would appear that careful wording has described them as solid when a less misleading description would be sturdy.
They came flat packed and the back of the cabinet and base of the drawers are very thin. The construction took a while, I'm usually quite good at putting things together but the instructions were very confusing, it also became apparent that a fair amount of guess work would be necessary, both due to the lack of clarity and also due to the fact that some of the steps seem to be missing altogether. I also had to purchase soom wood glue as I didn't trust myself to open the tiny, full to bursting pouch that came.
However having said all this, once we had finished the construction side of things, the cabinets look very nice, I'm not sure how well they will fare, they seem fairly sturdy, but on the plus side I have plenty of spare wood glue now.
