I bought a Swiss diamond wok about 3 years ago and was so impressed that I went on to buy a large and small frying pan. My only disappointment was that there were no induction ready saucepans available so when I saw Amazon were now selling 2 sizes I bought them both ( although I wish Amazon also sold the smaller Swiss diamond pans) They heat perfectly and only ever need a wipe with warm soapy water to clean them. I am not a great cook but nothing sticks to the pan and since using Swiss diamond I haven't burnt anything! They are expensive but seem like they will last forever so I decided it was worth it and got rid of my old pans in favour of these. Now I really look forward to cooking and am inspired to improve!
