Looks good and works well. I bought to replace a Tassimo coffee maker that I just can't use anymore due to the recent change in creamer and coffee (its vile now). This makes lovely coffee. Although an automatic version it is still to manual for my liking hence the loss of a star. it would have lost another as the water container on the back is to small as well. x2 drinks and its empty. It doesn't seem to cope with the water running out either. It just stops serving. The Bosch (Tassimo) used to pause until the water was replenished and then continue.
A star trade for the water item as the coffee, lattes etc are now miles better than the new Tassimo dirty dishwater drinks
