Tried this brand after having two others both of which (cheaper but not cheap) broke very quickly. I'm still a bit non-committal about this one as it does not quite do what the advertising suggests eg use the hand-held steamer on oven and grill trays - though I didn't really believe all the hype.
Good points first:-
The cleaning pads are better than on my previous models, fit right round the cleaning head and can be tightened to stay firm.
The model comes with two pads. My last one came with one and I immediately needed to order more.
The pads can be washed by machine and come up reasonably clean.
The fabric of the pad is stronger and seems more suited for cleaning.
The steamer cleans my hard floors reasonably well and quickly.
The tank holds a lot of water so no need to keep refilling (though this makes it heavier of course).
The hand-held section can be used on eg tiles, showers, clothes, ovens, etc.
