2 Door Pine Wardrobe Nova
Generally happy but proves you get what you pay for
This is the first pine furniture I've purchased in over 20 years and in that time you can see where the corners have been cut. The pine panels (carcass sides) are thinner and some were slightly warped. This resulted in splitting along the grain when screws were inserted in their pre-drilled holes on assembly. A bit of dis-assembly, glue and some g-clamps will put things right before re-assembly but that's for another day.
Additionally, the doors sit at slightly different heights when fitted to the carcass. However, it was purchased for occasional use and looks good in a spare bedroom; it makes the room smell great. I suppose, overall, that makes it good value for the price paid.
