Bought these because it was annoying not to have anywhere to put utensils/bits and bobs down next to the hob. These are brilliant, they seem of very good quality, made from thick Stainless Steel. They don't slide about in use. I have elected not to use the stick-on feet as they are fairly thick and will lift the worktop saver off the worktop slightly. I imagine that the feet would be important if you were to put hot pans etc onto the savers - but we won't be. I think they will scratch/mark relatively easily once someone decides to use them as a chopping board (which they're not really designed to be) - but I am really happy with them. Clint at Avonstar was very helpful, and was happy to make me an extra worktop saver in a non-standard size.
Edit: I have now decided to use the stick-on feet & am glad I have done so. Still stable in use, but are now better at protecting the worktop from heat.
