Arozzi Enzo Gaming Chair - Black
Hard to assemble, broken from the get go...
Chair itself is pretty neat and feels great to sit on. Leather paddings feel great and overall quality is good. Unfortunately adjusting height doesn't work (mechanism was broken before assembly) and customer service isn't responding after over a week of waiting (after leaving a message from their feedback form).
Assembly was hard. Instructions were wrong (misdirection due to wrong keys on legend). Online version of instruction included second sheet which states that assembly requires two persons: This is *TRUE*, as it was hard to fit parts together due to small drilling errors with holes. Eventually I was able to use all four limbs to hold parts together tight enough, but this chair *really* needs to persons during assembly... and no, printed version provided within box *didn't* contain this second sheet which I mentioned previously, it simply had assembly instructions + legend.
Finally, I have a piece of furniture worth over 160 , which was extremely hard to...
