Poor Toaster
On unpacking this toaster I fortunately looked into the slots and discovered a piece of cloth in one of them, a serious fire hazard. Once this was removed and the elements tested to burn of any oily residue I tried to toast a slice of standard sliced bread only to find that it would not go fully into the slot, the slots were too small. This toaster was returned to the supplier for a full refund. I have since purchased a toaster with slots that are large enough but it is suprising how many have small slots, this involved going to a local store with a ruler and actually making measurements of the slots on numerous toasters.
