Brown a chicken breast like stainless steel on our patented non-stick coating, then use the fond to create a gravy - or simply wash with hot soapy water, no more scrubbing or soaking. Lid sold separately.
Available in five sizes: 20 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, 28 cm, 32 cm. The 28 cm and 32 cm pans have a cast aluminum helping handle to aid in pouring - but be careful, since it is part of the pan, it gets just as hot.
This product is suitable for use on gas, electric and induction cooktops.
