Excellent Purchase
I really hesitated before buying this due to the cost and the fact that it might not solve my problem. After having purchased an expensive bed two years ago, the mattress was now too firm for me since getting arthritis in my hips and back. It had got so bad that I couldn't turn over in bed and couldn't get a good night's sleep due to the pain. I can honestly say that this topper has transformed our bed - even my husband has noticed. I hardly have any problems turning over or getting out of bed, apart from the fact that I'm so comfortable, I don't want to! My back's a lot better during the day too. The bed does feel very slightly warmer, but I've put a 100% cotton mattress protector over the topper/under the bed sheet and we have a summer quilt on. What it'll be like in the height of summer, remains to be seen as I do get hot, but not a problem to date. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that it did smell pretty awful.
