Description : Redesigned as the Wellness machine, it is the only pasta machine produced completely with materials which do not release any harmful metallic residue for total wellness. The body of this Atlas manual pasta machine is comprised of nickel-plated and chrome-plated steel for long-term resistance to corrosion. It features flat rollers for making dough sheets, and four easily removable cutting plates that make seven different kinds of pasta: Lasagna, reginette, spaghetti, raviolini (little ravioli), fettuccine, tagliolini, and pappardelle. The opening between the flat rollers is also controlled by a numbered regulating knob with 9 positions for a variety in pasta thickness.The handle and clamp for the machine have plastic handles for easy gripping and cleaning.Included with the set is a rolling wheel cutter and spoon for the raviolini attachment.
