I purchased this for my mother in law, the item was damaged on opening. our mistake we didnt check on arrival. I have been trying to arrange a swap now for one and a half months but all I have got is patronising e-mails and no one has tried to solve the matter. I am quite fed up and would stay away from this seller in the future and would advice you to do so. Amazon should remove such sellers from their suppliers. Horrible experience.
