Tetras Double 4FT6 Metal Bed frame
Faulty Goods
We purchased this bed for our 20 year old son, who had recently moved away from home due to his work.
The bed was fine when delivered, he put it together and was fine for a couple of days. Then the metal part of the bed base started to bend, resulting in the metal support legs sticking out at an angle, not touching the floor.
This is totally unsatisfactory. I emailed the supplier and also attached a photo so they could see what had happended. I was very disappointed with their response. Which was as follows:-

The bed it s is very sturdy and nothing like this can happen unless bed is misused. It looks like kids have jumped on it on something like that
We are unable to help at this point
My son is 12 stone but 6 ft so not really that heavy. Surely, a double bed is meant to take the weight of two people anyway.
