Morphy Richards Accents 400010 Stand Mixer - Red
Robust and Stylish mixer
I've been using this mixer now for around a month and I very happy with it. The unit itself seems very sturdy and well-built and the colour is a nice metallic red.
Pros:
Suction cups on feet - This is a great feature (not sure if this is on all mixers, as this is the first I've owned). The mixer stays rock solid to the worktop, and even when on full power it doesn't budge.
Speed options - There is a speed setting available for whatever you need to do. From a nice slow mix, to a furious whisk.
Mixing Heads - There is a dough hook, cake beater and whisk. So far, I've not found a job I've needed to do with the mixer that couldn't be done with one of these attachments.
Large Mixing Bowl - The mixing bowl locks into place on the base and is plenty big enough for even large cakes.
Splash guard - When you close the mixer into its operating position, there is an optional (it's removable) splash guard, which stops cake mix from being flung around...
