Complicated and missing parts
Took too long to arrive. Ordered the one in the picture however they needed to send gloss panels out which they did free of charge. I'm good at DIY however instructions are not in English and picture description is very very bad. Missing parts as well as holes not fitting correctly had to drill extra holes some screws don't fit. Took me 3 days to fit and still slightly scared it may fall apart. Nice shoe rack but waaaaaay too much hassle to put together :(.
