Great product really good base
I love this pan. I have bought so many in the past that are great for stock and thin soups, but as soon as you put a thick curry or bolognese sauce in them they start to stick and burn.
Just done enough ragu for 20 people in this pan and it never stuck or caught on the bottom. Obviously I gave it a good stir from time to time, but it was brilliant. Some cheaper ones stick no matter how much you stir.
I am very satisfied with this pan and would recommend it.
